good afternoon, everyone. my name is xujiguang. at first ,i got very nervous when i have to give my opinion and make a presentation here ,because i had not had such experiences before. however ,i think it is the valuable experience to get accustomed to express my own opinions and feelings.
now today my topic is my college life. i wish i could share my happiness and annoyance i have experienced with you all .time flies without giving a warning .recalling about the past several months , so many thoughts are flooding in my mind . i just can not tell my real idea. the memory is just like so fresh, and all the things happened yester ……此处隐藏1477个字……t 9:00 pm, and i get up at 6:00 am. so i have enough sleep every day. and that ensures my learning efficiency. after i get up, i exercise about 1 hour. and then i eat my healthy food. i eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, and drink a lot of water. they
make me healthier. what’s more, i try to eat junk food only once a week although i love junk food.
keeping healthy is easy. the most important thing is to hold on it. when you succeed，you'll find that. this is my healthy life. and that makes me healthy. so come and do it, you will be healthy like me.
